Pastors Robert & Victoria McCutcheon have been ministering now for over 20 years. They are originally from London, Ontario, Canada, where they lived and worked; Robert in sales and Victoria in nursing.

One day while in prayer the Lord spoke very clearly to Robert. The Lord said, "you have had all of this way of life you are getting, I want the rest of your life." They both said yes Lord, You can have the rest of our lives. Within 3 months they had disposed of most of what they had. They then went on the road travelling fulltime for the Lord.

After over 2 years of travelling ministry from coast to coast, they were at a Christian conference in South Carolina where the Lord again spoke a specific word of instruction, the word was, "your time of Spiritual roaming is over, God will make you steadfast and go to San Antonio TX. and when you get there tell everybody I sent you". In obedience they went to San Antonio where they now make their home.

Sometime later on the Lord spoke to them during a 40 day fast. The Lord said "I want to raise up a church in San Antonio TX. and I want you to facilitate it." Hence Shepherd's Heart Church was established.
